How the process works:

  • Receipt of enquiry
  • Initial discussion on phone/via email regarding project, arrange appointment to visit site
  • Visit to site, further discussion/advice, pictures and notes taken
  • Detailed quote within fourteen working days, larger projects may require longer
  • If agreeable, start date agreed and scheduled
  • I turn up on time and commence work

  • I believe that I'm only as good as my last job
  • You are welcome to speak with previous customers (with their permission)
  • I will keep you informed of any potential delays and renegotiate start date if necessary
